Lexi's Been Naughty - Taken and Tamed

     It's my first time here on Weekend Writing Warriors and I'm thrilled to be participating on this lovely holiday weekend.
     Today I'm sharing a sexy snippet from Taken and Tamed, my new erotic romance.  Cass Newcombe is a true crime writer, interviewing bad boy mob enforcer Zander Coleman in prison. He's taken her hostage while making his escape -

His body gleamed in the firelight, shadows dancing across sleek muscle and sculpted abs. 

           “You broke the rules.  Now you have to pay the consequences.”

            “I…I swear I won’t do it again.”  She choked back a sob as she strained against the bonds holding her in place.

     Happy 4th of July!  We're having tons of rain in my area so we may have to make our own fireworks tonight.  In case you're in the same boat, you can always count on your favorite Saturday Spankings   bloggers to give your evening a little spark.

     My eight lines today are from Taken and Tamed, my new BDSM suspense novel.  Cass Newcombe is a true crime writer.  She's been interviewing mob enforcer Zander Coleman when he takes her hostage during a prison escape.  Now he's holed up with her in an isolated cabin deep in the mountains and despite her better judgement, she's becoming captivated in every way by this bad boy.
